I financed more than $10 billion in commercial real estate in my 25+ years working for banks and financial institutions. But now, I'm investing in and advising startups full-time to help founders get funded faster.

I originated, underwrote, closed, and asset-managed commercial real estate loans of all types and sizes in every major market in the US. This made me an expert in strategy, due diligence, finance, and identifying people and businesses worth investing in.

While in the banking world, I started putting my own money into different opportunities like stocks and real estate (and I even produced a movie). 

But once I started investing in startups, I was hooked. 

My investment thesis is to fund underrepresented founders in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and technology industries. 

I'm also a partner in Power To Pitch, where we help founders understand the investor psyche (this is where I come in!) and how to create a winning pitch. Plus, we connect them directly with investors and grant opportunities.
